The fundamental role of American Airlines is to bring people together. But, our devices inherently create distance between us and our loved ones. So, my team saw an opportunity to use the "Airplane Mode" setting built into those devices to share a message of togetherness for the holiday season. The videoreached 13 million people in 9 different countries.​
