The Goodyear Goldcar
Every year for the last 25 years, Goodyear awards an incredibly detailed, handmade golden replica of the NASCAR champion’s car. To honor the tradition, I set out to create a documentary of the artist Mike Dunlap’s process in creating this bespoke award from scratch.
From his small workshop in Charlotte North Carolina, Mike Dunlap created the remarkable Goldcar trophy using old-school craftsmanship and hand tools.
